The Cordillera Valley Club Property Owners Association received a letter from Eagle County Planning Department indicating among other items that any amendment to the PUD or PUD Guide by any party will require the Cordilllera Valley Club Property Owners Association to be essentially a co-applicant. Based on the letter the Cordillera Valley Club Property Owners Association is withdrawing the application for the amendment to the PUD Guide.

Several people have complained about dogs not on leashes chasing the elk on the golf coarse. Please be mindful of the wildlife in CVC. Allowing dogs to chase the elk can cause stress to the animals and is also illegal. DOW can impose fines to owners who allow this action. Also there is a leash law in CVC. Please control your animals so we all can enjoy the wildlife in the community. Please report any incidences so that appropriate action can be taken.
